Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

You may track your shipment directly on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO Addresses
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Locations restricted by shipping carriers

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed package

Any additional reshipment costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
