2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of assembly beyond what is necessary for inspection
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Assembled or partially assembled furniture that has been used
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items not purchased directly from pamexa.shop
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@pamexa.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all components. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the package to the return address provided in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Important: Do not send your purchase back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund may be partially reduced or denied if:
- The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at delivery
- The item is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- The return was initiated beyond the 30-day return window
- The item returned does not match the RMA request
7. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the item purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@pamexa.shop. Exchange requests are processed as returns, and a new order must be placed for the replacement item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to expedite the resolution process. We will arrange a return, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@pamexa.shop with your order number.
